Every Trade-System purchase or rental license can be customized to your individual needs. In addition, there is the possibility to use ready-made add-on modules. In the Standard, Professional, Commercial and PE versions, some add-on modules are already included. We would be happy to make you an individual offer, especially for your requirements. Currently there are over 2,000 modules for Trade-System, with new ones appearing weekly. Most modules can also be flexibly parameterized. Here we would like to introduce you to some common modules.

Variations Module

Would you like to specify several variations, e.g. colors, sizes, etc. for your products, and would you like your customers to be able to select these details in the shop? The variations module allows you to define any number of properties. Images can be uploaded for each variation, which are activated in the shop by selecting a variation. In addition, there are further modules that allow different variation prices as well as the management of multi-dimensional warehouses (how many green items in size XL are in stock for item XY, etc.).

Cross-Selling Module / Related Products

Customers often buy complementary products in addition to the actual "main products", or would like to find out more about similar products before actually making a purchase, where it is of course an advantage if they do not have to search for them, but if links with related products are already listed on the detail page. The cross-selling module offers the possibility to link products in the database for this purpose.

AI Translation Tool

With just 2 clicks, you can translate your texts directly from the WYSIWYG editor. All formatting and the page structure are retained!

New Products

This module automatically presents your visitors with the latest products in a preview view in reverse chronological order. All products are displayed as links and the number of items to be displayed can be configured.

Shipping Cost Calculation

Trade-System has a whole range of modules for calculating shipping costs, starting with a simple flat shipping fee per order, weight graduation, country dependency, merchandise value-related shipping cost calculation, payment method-dependent calculation, etc. up to individualized calculation, whereby several calculation forms can also be combined with each other.

PE Module (Upgrade to Trade-System PE / Period Edition)

Especially in the IT sector, you often come across products that are not processed once, but monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, etc., which are useful for rental agreements such as web space, domains, ASP, etc. For this purpose, Trade-System v3.2 can be extended to the PE Edition (Period Edition), where setup fee, periodic price, minimum contract duration, billing cycle, etc. can be specified per product and is also placed in the shopping cart accordingly. Note: This module is only possible from version v3.2!

Newsletter Module

Keep your customers up to date, inform them about current offers and highlights. Registration for a newsletter is free of charge on the registration page via a checkbox. Optionally, any other position or type of integration is also possible. It is possible to send text or HTML newsletters, save templates and much more.

News Module

Display current news about your products directly in your shop system! The latest X news previews are listed on all pages, each news item is linked to its detail view and there is a link "News archive", where all news items are listed in reverse chronological order. Your news can be easily edited in your admin area (single language).

Auction Module

Do you have products that are simply not selling? With the help of an auction system, you can now sell off remaining stock quickly and easily and attract more visitors to your online shop.

Connection to Price Comparison Engines and Product Platforms

Of course, you can connect your Trade-System shop to any price search engines and price comparison engines, to eBay or to any product platforms.

Connection to Your ERP System, Product Import

You can import your articles from any data source into your Trade-System shop and automatically transfer new orders and customer master data into your existing ERP system.

Price Scaling Module

Would you like to sell products in larger quantities and offer your customers a price scaling model? With a price scaling module, you can define your own scaling for each product, which will influence the display in the detail view as well as in the shopping cart and consequently in your order management.

File Sharing Module

With the help of the file sharing module, you can operate file exchange with rights assignment within your company. In addition, you can upload product images with this module.

Quotation Module

Create complete quotations for your customers including articles and possibly services that do not necessarily have to be listed as articles in your online shop. You can send new customers a hyperlink to the quotation, regular customers can view their quotations in their customer area. The quotations can be conveniently loaded into the shopping cart by regular customers as well as new customers with a click of the mouse in order to order them online immediately. The quotation module not only saves you a considerable amount of time, but also promotes sales.
